What is something you say all the time? We all have catch phrases we use. I know someone who, when they say something regarding biblical truth, says…

“Let me tell you what Jesus loves…” Then, she continues to explain her point.

I have another friend who says, “My love for you is none of your business and there’s nothing you can do about that.” Every time I hear that, it makes me smile because I know she means it.

And mine? I have a phrase I use when I’m going through a tough time or when the enemy is trying to make me doubt God’s promises. It’s the phrase I literally use to encourage myself.

My phrase is: God always has a plan for my victory.

When things are going great, I tell myself, “See? God always has a plan for my victory” because this “going great” moment is proof. And when circumstances appear to contradict everything, God promised, I tell myself, “(Stand. Hang in there. Don’t be moved by what you see. Why?) God always has a plan for my victory.

My phrase is: God always has a plan for my victory.

This is the thing I say when a situation is trying to pressure my tongue to speak out of alignment with God’s word. This is what I say when, I need to say something…

You know? When the thoughts are swirling, and you know you can’t stop a thought with a thought. Only your WORDS can interrupt your thoughts. So, I always say that God always has a plan for my victory.

And if you’re thinking, that’s not scriptural, read this:

But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. –I Corinthians 15:57

…In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. –Romans 8:37

This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. –I John 5:4

So, let me know in the comments. Tell me something you say all the time. And, if you don’t have a phrase, feel free to use mine.
