When you walk into a hot room – you turn on the air conditioner.
When you’re ready to cook – you turn on the stove.
When you walk into a cold room – you turn on the heat.
When you’re about to take a shower — you turn on the water.
When you walk into a Monday without joy… 
No one can make it work for you. IT’S YOUR JOY! 
All you have to do is .  .  .  TURN IT ON!

Here are 4 ways to keep your joy turned on:

Abide in God’s presence — Psalm 16:11
Rely on the Holy Spirit —Romans 15:13
Choose joy in the middle of your trials —James 1:2-3
Praise God and rejoice, continually —Philippians 4:4

Joy is a decision. Joy is a choice. Monday is the best day of the week to choose JOY because the enemy wants you to go into the work week feeling joyless. But we say, “Not today, Satan!” Let me encourage you today: Take your joy seriously! YOU CHOOSE HOW MUCH JOY YOU WILL HAVE! It’s  your joy! TURN IT ON!
